Job Title : Part-Time Provisionally Licensed Clinician (LAC, LSW)
Location : New Jersey (Remote Option Available)

We are looking for dedicated Provisionally Licensed Clinicians (LAC, LSW) to join our team on a part-time contract basis.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions through intake, interviews, observations, and tests.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and patient input.
- Provide high-quality counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of treatment and records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Complete necessary external documentation in a timely manner.
- Participate in regular company meetings and ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Provisional license in good standing for Counseling or Social Work (LAC, LSW) in the State of New Jersey.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
