A leading Heavy Civil Construction Contractor in Southeastern PA is looking for an experienced Senior Demolition Project Manager / Estimator to bid and manage public and private projects in the Philadelphia area! They provide demolition services for residential, commercial, industrial, transportation and structures such as warehouses, office buildings, hospitals, parking garages, roads, parking lots, interior demolition, and exterior demolition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• They should have a strong understanding and experience in construction and demolition.
• Manage the projects from start to finish including scheduling, budget, monitoring cost, safety, overseeing demolition crew, and collaborate with clients, local regulation agencies, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed bids and cost estimates by analyzing proposed plans and specifications, and identifying factors affecting costs such as production time, materials, and labor.
• Visit job sites as needed.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• An engineering or project management degree is a plus but will take experience if you don’t have the degrees.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience estimating and project management in the Heavy Civil / Demolition industry.
• Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid (Estimating) and Heavy Job (Project Management) software a plus.
