About The Position
Job Title : Advanced Practice Provider Job Specialty : Advanced Practice in Oncology Job Duration : Full Time Shift : Days Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Minimum 5 years as an APRN or PA in Oncology License : APRN or PA license in appropriate state Certifications : - Prescriptive privileges or eligible to apply- Current certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P)- Current BLS Must-Have : Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with a Master's degree Job Description : Deliver advanced practice care in an Oncology setting- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care- Utilize evidence-based practice to guide clinical decision-making- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans- Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding treatment plans- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care- Engage in continuous professional development and maintain certifications
