Job Description
AmLaw 200 firm with 29 offices across the US, Ireland, & Mexico is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney with 3 to 6+ years of experience to work a hybrid schedule.
Requirements
- Clean, active CA bar license
- 3+ years of experience with Labor & Employment law
- E xperience with a broad range of employment issues including single-plaintiff employment litigation (e.g., workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination lawsuits) and class action / PAGA experience)
- Litigation experience including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions and arguing motions.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, and conducting administrative hearings is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and should possess an excellent work ethic, excellent writing, communication, and research skills.

- $150,000 - $180,000 annually (actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data)
