Key is currently seeking a full-time Master's Level Clinician to join their team at a short-term residential group home in Fall River, MA that provides treatment and stabilization services for up to nine (9) adolescents.

- Clinical Master’s Degree is REQUIRED (social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or mental health counseling). License eligible is required.
- All candidates must be 21 years of age or older.
- Applicants must have a valid state driver's license and legally registered and insured car for work use.
What you will receive
- Starting salary range : $62,400 $67,400 (LICSW or LMHC) OR $59,400 - $61,400 (MSW or LCSW) In ADDITION to the salary wage, this full-time position qualifies for A $5,000 Hiring Bonus ($2500 at the completion of 3 months orientation and $2500 at the completion of 6 months)

What you will do
The Clinician is an exempt, salaried professional employee who is part of the regional supervisory team. The Clinician receives individual and group supervision from the Regional Clinical Director.
Some job responsibilities include :
- Provide clinical services to youth and families referred through the Department of Children and Families (DCF) within the residential setting;
- Work collaboratively with social work professionals and Key staff to identify and implement treatment goals;
- Facilitate relevant clinical groups to our clientele, which may include DBT, anger management, substance abuse, etc.;
- Identify and develop working relationships with relevant community resources to enhance program or clinical services;
- Participate in regional supervisory meetings and offers clinical, programmatic and staff training / supervision ideas;
- Provide staff training, orients staff and provides clinical consultation;
- Prepare and maintain clinical case records and other required documentation according to guidelines.
