Job Summary
This is a high-volume truck-loading position with opportunity to work both on and off of a forklift. The company hiring for this position is a world-wide leader in their field.
They are headquartered in Clackamas ( more opportunities for advancement locally) and offer generous PTO, medical, dental, 401K.
Responsibilities of Warehouse Associate
- Loading, unloading trucks in a high-volume shipping environment
- Palletizing by hand as needed
- Securing loads before transportation
- Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment
- Picking and wrapping orders for shipment
- Identifying workplace safety hazards
- Adhering to safety management standards
- Adhering to production schedules.
Qualifications
- Ability to handle physical workload (palletizing + repeatedly on / off forklift)
- 3+ years of operating sit-down forklift loading trucks in a high-volume shipping environment a plus
- Strong work ethic
- Inventory Management
- Forklift Safety
- Detail Oriented
