Role Description

You will be part of the team responsible for our clients MarTech product suite, delivering world-class benchmark business success for clients in Australia, South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa.

A key pillar of our growth strategy is to expand our global footprint to Europe and North America. To support this, we are extending our team with key roles in Product Management and Business

Development.

What will you do

We are looking for a seasoned MarTech Product Manager from the North American market with the vision and capacity to define and drive our strategic product roadmap to ensure marked-to-best

products, and to support the Business Development and Sales Teams to build a North American client base for our Client's Martech solutions.

You will work with all key stakeholders from clients, partners, sales, marketing and product engineering to define competitive and profitable features and the roadmap of the product.

You will present the product to customers and shape the product based on their requirements, evaluating product profitability and development spending.

You understand the specific market demands and trends as

well as the competitive positioning of the product required in the North American market.

You can clearly communicate the value proposition and customer benefits of the product. As product manager you will work with the agile development team, in defining product backlog and prioritizing features.

Travel is expected to be around 25% to customer and company locations, predominantly in North America.

What will you need to be successful

  • Expertise in MarTech product management supporting the telecommunications, financial services or retail industries, especially in the support of digital channels and the application of AI in marketing.
  • Experience in defining and providing Software-as-a-Service solutions.
  • Good understanding of marketing business processes.
  • Analyzing business and market requirements and defining prioritized product roadmap and features.
  • Experience in agile development environments, potentially with certification as Product Manager / Product Owner.
  • Understanding of business modeling, creation of business cases.
  • Engaging relevant stakeholders to establish consensus on viability of solution options to deliver the desired outcomes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate product capabilities and benefits with customers and internally.
  • Building effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Masters / MBA (with Engineering background) preferred but not mandatory.
  • 7-10+ years of professional experience in the MarTech domain and associated areas.
  • 5+ years in MarTech product management in the North American market.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in applying Agile methodologies, Scrum, Product Owner Certification a plus.
  • Experience in AHA Roadmap Planning and Confluence / Jira is a plus.
  • Experience in working in international, distributed teams.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (must)
