Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives
- Drive cross-functional communication and collaboration
- Interview client employees to understand their challenges
- Implement and optimize systems that enable effective survey, knowledge, learning, and performance management
- Develop, deliver, and manage technical training programs
- Design and administer surveys to gather feedback and identify issues
- Analyze and diagnose the root causes of adoption issues
- Analyze data to measure impacts and find improvement opportunities
- Develop and deliver reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Coach teammates in change management, training, and communications skills
Qualifications :
To meet the minimum requirements, you need to have
- Five years of experience in organizational change management (OCM)
- A bachelor's degree
- Authorization to permanently work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
You’ll stand out if you have
- Advanced communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- An advanced degree in engineering, business, or science
- A Prosci Change Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), or other advanced certification
- Experience leading system implementation projects
- Experience supporting project management, engineering, construction, or facilities management teams
- Experience in the transportation, utilities, or construction markets
- Experience delivering management consulting services
- Residence in California
