As a Senior Account Executive New Build CoxCommunities , you will influence and collaboratedirectly with industry partners, including but not limited toproperty owners / managers / developers, realtors, and business ownersto increase revenue generation, and market penetration, and drivesales indirectly through negotiated business-to-businesscontracts.

Cox Communities is the division of Cox that delivers solutions,value, and trust for Multi-Dwelling & Single-Family Unitowners, managers, developers, and residents within theircommunities.

The Cox Communities team acts as their client'strusted advisor by supporting them in reaching their business goalsof optimizing rents, occupancy, and future-proofing theirproperties.

What You'll Do

Negotiateand establish profitable residential service agreements based onstrategic, financial, legal, and operational criteria.

Ensure thatall agreements / contracts are accurate, complete, profitable, andaligned with company standards and system strategies.

  • Implement and ensure internal and property ownercompliance with residential agreements / contracts.
  • Work with the National Account Manager on strategicaccount management, internal rate of return estimates, and contractprocessing of assigned National Builders.
  • Evaluate the value and serviceability of potential communities (ROIassessments, financial models, data analysis, etc.).
  • Evaluate the performance of current contracts withmanagement and the account management team on an ongoing basis toverify service value is maximized (revenue, sales volume,etc.).
  • Continuously design and implementstrategies to maximize the number of profitable contracts signed,community service rights retained, and performance ofcontracts.
  • Position, build relationships, andnegotiate with the company's points of contact.
  • Assess the telecommunications / entertainment needs ofpotential clients, deliver product presentations, and suggestsolutions that complement the customers' businessstrategies,
  • Understand every line in Cox'sagreements, their purpose, and their implication to Cox and ourcustomer base.
  • Proactively manage all aspectsof the Cox Communities agreement during all phases of the agreementlifecycle (launch, implementation, renewal, etc.

Continuouslyfollows up on each agreement to ensure customersatisfaction.

Serve as a key point of contactfor relevant industry partners, ensuring timely response andresolution to any issues / inquiries.

With other departments, guidesaccuracy and compliance of construction scope of work (SOW),contract fulfillment process, data reporting, strategy inaccordance with ATL and local requirements, etc.

Serve as a community ambassador of Cox Communications,recognized as a subject matter expert on Cox Communities' new buildmatters.

Establish a presence in the community throughparticipation and leadership of relevant boards, groups, andcommittees. Develop and cultivate long-term relationships withindustry partners (i.

e. builders, attorneys, consultants,developers, property owners, property managers, HOAs, etc.) tomaximize Cox's opportunity to have a seat at the negotiation table,revenue growth, and drive product penetration.

  • Participate in identifying strategies and plans toaddress competitor activity in a very fluid, competitive market.Share feedback and tactics with local and global teams to addresscompetitive activities in the territory.
  • Identify, recommend, and support initiatives that can be utilizedby the team to drive sales production and / or increase go-to-marketefficiencies.
  • Partner interdepartmentally tomaximize service rights and drive penetrations in assignedterritories (i.e. construction design, Commercial Business,etc.).
  • Remain current on changes toagreement / contract regulations and corporate / system procedures;complete all required and / or recommended training.
  • Drive to continually learn and implement best-in-classsales, customer support, functional, technical, and strategic bestpractices - both with customers and with internalstakeholders
  • Maintain the highest ethicalsales practices and present a professional image.
  • Provide market feedback to corporate Cox CommunitiesSales leadership to help shape and change marketstrategies.

Who You Are

MinimumQualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years ofexperience in a related field. The right candidate could also havea different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years ofexperience;

a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years ofexperience in a related field.

Safe driversare needed; a valid driver's license is required.

PreferredQualifications :

  • BS / BA degree in a related discipline.
  • Experience in the telecommunicationsindustry.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools,database tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS &SAS.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership,presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively withteams throughout the organization.
  • Adept atdata analysis and interpretation to make data-based decisions. Usesdata to evaluate whether potential Cox Communities agreements addvalue to the company and determine if further penetration ispossible from existing agreements.
  • Strongunderstanding of business acumen.
  • Strongsales and negotiation / strategic prudence.
  • Maintain a global perspective by continuously protecting Cox's bestinterests. Demonstrate ability. to accurately advise the company onopportunities and fiscally conservative strategies.
  • Ability to identify market trends and communicate toCorporate.

USD71,800.00 - 107,600.00 peryear

Compensation :

Compensationincludes a base salary of $71,800.00 - $107,600.00. The salary ratemay vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as theultimate location of the position and the selected candidate'sexperience.

In addition to the salary range identified herein, thisrole is also eligible for an annual incentive / commission target of$38,496.00.

Benefits :

TheCompany offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as muchvacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, thecompany's needs, and its obligations;

seven paid holidaysthroughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellnessannually for their own wellness or that of family members.
