Workplace : Hybrid ( #LI-Hybrid ), Remote ( #LI-Remote ) - depending on candidate location.

About the role...

  • Manages allmercial lines products within designated territory with high premium exposure.
  • Creates market specific strategies and operating standards for profitable growth.
  • Oversees tactical product and pricing changes. Works with Sales, Underwriting and Service to meet stated product goals and service standards.
  • Oversees a team of Product / Pricing Analysts.

What you'll aplish...

  • Develops short & long term term strategy for allmercial lines products within designated territory.
  • Accountable to meet profit and top line growth goals of the designated territory.
  • Collaborates with Underwriting & Distribution partners on strategic vision for designated territory.
  • Partner with organizational counterparts to design & implement product enhancements.
  • Regularly reports results to managers and senior level leaders.
  • Partners with Claims team in the review of claim management protocols, state loss trends and large loss reviews.
  • Works with Actuarial to plan and establish countrywide pricing strategies creating growth opportunities while maintaining the necessary profit.
  • Accountable for rate change process, including interaction with State Regulators.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical actions...

  • This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.
  • Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.
  • Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.
  • Visually verifies and reads information.
  • Visually locates material, resources and other objects.
  • Ability to continuously operate aputer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.
  • Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in the area of business management, mathematics, management information, finance, actuarial science, economics or other analytics related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 5-7 years related experience required.
  • Candidate qualifications may be reviewed against the requirements for the associated levels of this position's core function.

Salary grade will be based on selected candidates' experience and skills.

o CO Only : $97,440 - $142,890

o HI Only : $97,440 - $152,900

o IL Only : $97,440 - $152,900

o MD Only : $97,440 - $152,900

o NY / DC / Jersey City Only : $97,440 - $165,770

o Albany County : $103,920 - $142,890

o WA Only : $97,440 - $173,750
