Amazon is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge tools aimed at enhancing the productivity and outcomes of our global sales and account management teams.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness, enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement world-class tools and processes to streamline sales and account management operations on a global scale.
- Own the end-to-end rollout of new productivity tools, ensuring seamless integration and adoption by sales and account management teams worldwide.
- Establish closed feedback loops to gather insights and feedback from teams, leveraging this information to continuously improve and refine tools and processes.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization within sales and account management operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business and internal teams, including technology, product, and analytics, to drive alignment and execution of operational initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence by deep diving into chronic problem areas, identifying root causes, and implementing scalable solutions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience conducting sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive results under tight-deadlines.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
