Reporting to the Director of On Premise, you will sell and implement our strategy and programs within assigned regional chain accounts and franchise groups of major On Premise National Account chains within Red Bull North America (RBNA) driving volume, distribution and executional excellence against our On Premise standards to achieve business plans.

Build mutually beneficial relationships with key account decision makers and partners
Create account programming such as Limited Time Offers (LTO) and staff programs that are relevant to each account and increases volume
Negotiate contracts to lead implementation and programming while maintaining appropriate spends per case.
Work with our On Premise Commercial Sales team to lead national programming through region-based franchise groups
Conduct regular account audits directly or through regional On Premise teams to ensure agreed upon account standards are met
Participate in relevant Trade Shows and Conferences to keep up with industry standards that can be used in negotiation and creating account solutions
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure partners deliver upon agreed execution, programming and volume commitments
Use business insights to appeal to your customer's needs and influence gains in distribution, execution and programming.
Identify best practices that can be scaled in other regions, or nationally across other franchise groups
Work with Santa Monica (SaMo) and Region On Premise Marketing (Trade & Retail) Marketing to create custom account programming following brand standards
Align regional partners (i.e., General Management, Directors, On Premise) around account priorities to reinforce execution and give / receive feedback to maximize account performance
Conduct regular reviews with region leaders to around account performance, programming results, and balance of year focus areas to ensure business plan achievement
Engage and inform Distributor Partners (DPs) of National and Regional Account priorities and programs to align and ensure product availability in all accounts
Manage volume and spend budget by account through Customer Profitability Management (CPM) system, always analyzing Return on investment and rate per case to maximize resource allocation
Plan all volume through CPM, tracking monthly by account chain to manage account performance
Ensure that CPM, ASR, and Wing Tips are up to date with chain / account level detail, including unit listings, mandated SKUs and agreed upon executional elements
- 5+ years of On Premise sales experience
- Experience building plans with top outlets
- Experience analyzing data and using insights to influence decisions and promote sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage
- Travel 10-20%
