As a(n) Process Specialist you will :
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct process simulations and perform data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless process integration.
- Design and implement process control systems to monitor the process and ensure the target was achieved.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all process activities.
- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspecting and ensuring the normal operation of equipment and process in our solar panel module manufacturing facility
- Developing and providing training on manufacturing work instructions and procedures
- Addressing and proposing solutions for various accidents and issues that may arise during the production process
- Making and maintaining daily operation and maintenance records of relevant systems
- Following work arrangements, rules, and processes, as well as safety and conduct policies
- Completing other work and tasks assigned by the supervisor or management
- Cooperating with the engineer to provide on-site guidance for special operations
- Performing other duties and special projects as needed
- Joining a training program in South East Asia and China (may be required)
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
- An associate degree or above in a related field, such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant practical work experience, preferably in solar modules or semiconductors
- Skillful use of computer office software and AUTOCAD software
- Dedication, hard work, reliability, and adaptability to shifts and pressure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as : preparing and analyzing data and figures;
transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range* : $65,000-$80,000 per year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
