DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Load and Operate CNC mills / lathes / EDM
- Deburr parts as required off the machine
- Inspect, organize & count parts
- Perform in-process inspection using all forms of precision measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, etc.)
- Read & interpret blueprints / drawings
- Operate general machine shop equipment (i.e. band saw, deburr wheels)
- Communicate with co-workers from shift to shift
- Practice quality service & safe operations
- Maintain 5S organization in shop
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years minimum experience preferred
Basic knowledge of hand tools, machining tools, & processes
High attention to detail
Ability to correctly use / read measuring instruments
Comfort with using web-based order tracking system
Exhibits personal discipline / operates in organized fashion
Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.
Willing to work occasional overtime
HOURS
2nd Shift 1 : 00 pm - 9 : 30 pm
