- Be comfortable working with a team and independently, any task could go either way.
- Experience in logistical AND same day dispatching highly desired .
- Experience with LTL or truck load configurations preferred.
- Technologically capable : Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office and GPS systems
- You're an effective communicator that enjoys motivating and supporting others
- Have excellent customer service skills. You'll be talking to a lot of people, keep up the positive attitude!
- Be capable of collaborating with other team members : You've got delivery goals, and you can't meet all of them alone.
