Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and Develop Opportunities : Prospect and establish new business relationships, expanding our client base.
  • Account Management : Build and execute strategic plans to grow existing accounts while acquiring new clients.
  • Client Engagement : Present our services to potential clients through remote and in-person meetings, tailoring solutions to client needs.
  • Sales Process Management : Handle end-to-end sales processes, including lead inquiry, qualification, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and client challenges to deliver compelling value propositions.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Reporting : Maintain accurate sales forecasting and report sales results to management regularly.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 5 years in business-to-business sales, preferably in technology or consulting services.
  • Skills : Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Location : Must reside in the US and be authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
  • Travel : Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with software development or tech consulting sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
