Maintenance Technician - Protein and Salt Business

Responsibilities
- Maintain standard maintenance tools and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Locate and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Prepare work site and complete closeout activities
- Effectively communicate daily pass-downs and issues
- Establish and implement preventative maintenance procedures
Qualifications
- 3 years industrial maintenance experience
- Strong electrical & mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mentality
- Willingness to work weekend and off-shift hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer literacy and eagerness to learn new systems
- Maintenance experience in a food processing environment
- Ability to effectively use typical test and calibration equipment
