PLEASE PROVIDE TIMES FOR INTERVIEW SAME DAY AND FOLLOWING DAY PLEASE .

36hrs / wk M, T, W nights – 6 : 00 p.m.To 6 : 30 a.m.

With on call 6 : 30 a.m.to 6 p.m.

On M, T, W Can pick up OT when available.

Float : Will help in ER.

We have places for on call folks to sleep.

Must have IA license or have applied for reciprocity even it they have compact or national license and have proof.

Essentially, if someone is interested in this position, they would be here three days straight and have sleeping arrangements (though they can take call from somewhere in Albia).

If they lived close enough they could be home Monday – Thursday so there might not be a need for a hotel / place to stay.

Certifications – BLS, ACLS, PALS, Mandatory Reporter.

All applicants must have tested using the National Standards.

Facility provide Polo shirts for the EMT, they need to wear Black utility pants with shirt provided.
