The Office / Administrative Assistant is responsible for : Reviewing purchase orders from the sales team that are received via email.
Reviewing pricing, electronic inventory in the warehouse and inputting the requests into the company system.
This position also assists the office Bookkeeper in preparing very basic invoices, gathering files on delinquent accounts, etc.
