Job Description :

Questify Fitness, a leading gym center in Santa Ana, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by managing inventory, organizing shipments, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Pay Range : $850 - $1250 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management : Receive, inspect, and record incoming merchandise. Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.
• Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare shipping labels and documentation according to company procedures.
• Quality Control : Inspect products for damages, defects, or discrepancies. Report any issues to management and assist in resolving quality-related issues.
• Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space. Arrange inventory shelves, racks, and bins for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
• Equipment Maintenance : Perform routine maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
