no artificial or acrylic nails, and nails must be short (less than 1 / 4 inch) - Deliver patient care and execute nursing tasks on a medical / surgical unit - Collaborate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals - Monitor patients' health status and communicate changes to the healthcare team - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols
