Position Details :
- Join this highly collegial team of 8 OBGYN's at this top-ranked regional health system in one of Minnesota's most affluent suburbs.
- Optimal clinical efficiency with dedicated support staff, nursing, Epic EMR, and MFM's onsite weekly.
- Incredible work-life balance with a true 3- or 4-day workweek schedule.
- Extremely minimal call burden - be on call only 2 days per month.
- State-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced medical technology including two DaVinci robots.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive base salary plus production bonuses and quality incentive bonuses.
- Opportunity for partnership track.
- $35k signing incentive package.
- Extra call pay at $750 / day.
