As they continue to expand, they're seeking a talented Senior Manager of Data Science to lead analytics efforts and drive strategic initiatives.

THE ROLE :

As the Senior Manager of Data Science, you'll play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to inform business decisions and optimize the consumer journey.

You'll lead a team of skilled data scientists, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop advanced recommendation models, analyze CLTV, and identify opportunities to reduce churn.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art recommendation models to enhance consumer engagement and drive sales.
• Analyze customer lifetime value to identify high-value segments and inform marketing strategies.
• Conduct churn analysis to understand customer behavior and implement retention strategies.
• Lead a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3-5 years of experience in data science, with a focus on building recommendation models, CLTV analysis, and churn prediction.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of driving results.
• Experience working in the food industry or consumer goods sector is a plus.
