WHAT IS EXPECTED OF A FRONT DESK REPRESENTATIVE AT GOLDFISH SWIM SCHOOL?

You must be excited to work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positive unforgettable experience for our guests.

With our unique, high standard developmental programs you will master the art of guest experience and can grow professionally into an exciting career.

You will be trained as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor, so should be prepared to get in the pool and interact with the kids, but your primary responsibilities will be at the Front Desk.

Consistently provide exceptional guest service and enthusiastically create an unforgettable experience through personal interactions with our guests.

GOLDFISH BRAND AMBASSADOR and PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE :

Become knowledgeable of the Goldfish Swim School Brand and be able to persuade and influence action from the customers by understanding their needs and articulating product benefits.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR BUSINESS RESULTS :

Contribute to the success of the school by driving specific business metrics.

FRIENDSHIP and COLLABORATION :

Build friendships based on collaboration, integrity, compassion, and trust to create a great place to work that is reflected by the exceptional guest service.

INITIATIVE and JUDGEMENT :

Participate and / or initiate special duties and projects to enhance operational efficiency and improve the guest experience.

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS POSITION?

• Must be at least 18 years of age with authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must have the ability to move swiftly throughout a crowded facility during peak hours.
• Must have the capability to positively engage customers at a high-volume store with a diverse customer base.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business including mornings, evenings, weekends, and call-in shifts (if permitted).
• No retail experience is required but is preferred.

Each Goldfish Swim School is an independently owned and operated franchise. The respective Franchisee is the employer at each Goldfish Swim School location.

Each franchisee can set their own wages, benefit programs and terms and conditions of employment, which may vary at each Goldfish Swim School location.
