Who we are : Foresight Technologies is a Global Contract Manufacturer of Semiconductor Equipment focused on High Purity Chemical (Plastic) Applications.

We have 500 employees and 300,000 sf split between our Tempe, AZ, and Penang, Malaysia operations. We provide Plastic Machining, Plastic Welding, and high purity Fluoropolymer plumbing to the major Semiconductor OEMs and Semiconductor Fabs.

We also provide Field Services on-site at Semiconductor Fabs for critical plastic-based work that requires the use of our highly skilled manufacturing personnel.

Our primary focus is the expansion of our Contract Manufacturing services providing Turnkey Semiconductor Systems using our Vertically Integrated Plastic Manufacturing capabilities focused on Semiconductor Equipment including OEM Modules, Valve Boxes, Slurry Systems, Chemical Distribution, and other equipment.

We are growing 40%+ per year, offering great opportunities for growth and advancement. Our new 100,000 sf Technology Center in Tempe and dedicated Integration Operations in Penang are in place to support continued growth.

Position Summary : This new position is based in Tempe, AZ, and reports directly to the President. The position is responsible for the management of all production operations, including Machining, Assembly, Plastic Welding, high-purity tubing, and Integration.

Also Supply Chain, Quality, and other production-related activities in the factory. The primary focus of the role will be on bringing industry-leading expertise, processes, and management of System Integration Contract Manufacturing services to our primary customers.

Requirements :

Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or applicable technical work experience, master's degree preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 10 years of direct working experience in related Contract Manufacturing and at least 5 years of Senior Leadership at leading Equipment Contract Manufacturers.
  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge of the major Semiconductor OEM and / or Semiconductor Fab markets, customers, and needs.
  • Possess strong knowledge in understanding and interpreting technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
  • Process-driven with full knowledge of quality tools such as ISO9001 & AS9100.
  • Strong understanding of Continuous Improvement Processes.
  • Positive personality and have strong abilities to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and team-building ability at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.

Key responsibilities :

  • Define and manage expansion and ramping of CM Equipment Integration operations at both our Tempe, AZ operations as well as dotted line leadership of our Penang Integration operations.
  • Direct leadership in defining and improving integration operations, including optimization of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to achieve best in industry performance.
  • Maintain direct relationships with major customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to the Manufacturing Organization. Coach and provide training as and when necessary.
  • Develop a plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operation to ensure products conform to customers and company quality standards.
  • Drive the production team to achieve the targeted production plans (quality, cost, and on-time delivery) and provide solutions in difficult situations.
  • Commitment to Continuous Improvement and year-over-year improvements.
  • Direct and coordinate various projects essential to improving the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Company manufacturing standards, methods, and policies.
  • Enforce 6S, safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Some travel to support business requirements (Customer visits, training, audits, etc.)
