Civil Litigation Associate

LHH is assisting a small, suburban Atlanta firm in its search for a Civil Litigation Associate . Our client is a distinguished law firm located outside of Atlanta, renowned for its dedication to representing local governments. The firm prides itself on delivering top-tier legal services with a commitment to professionalism and integrity.

This position offers :

HYBRID work structure after the first 90 days of employment, allowing you to work from home 2 days per week

Great healthcare plan. Firm pays 100% of premium and 100% co-pay after $3k deductible .

Opportunity for two bonuses : 1) a straightforward performance bonus based on hours billed, and 2) a discretionary annual bonus

Base salary ranging from $125,000 to $175,000 , commensurate with experience.

1920 hours per year (160 hours per month) billing requirement

Qualifications :

3+ years of civil litigation experience

licensed and in good standing in Georgia

Outstanding academic credentials
