Scopely is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Direct to Consumer Strategy & Operations team in the United States on a remote basis.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Product Manager on the Scopely Direct-to-Consumer Strategy & Operations team, you'll be responsible for developing, analyzing, and evaluating key product solutions across multiple platforms.

Your role will focus on scaling the Direct-to-Consumer product footprint by applying data-driven models to drive strategy and optimize offerings.

You'll work closely with product, engineering, and data teams, collaborating with senior stakeholders to influence product decisions.

We're seeking a highly motivated, digitally savvy individual with a balance of creative, technical, and analytical skills.

You'll take ideas from concept to implementation, experimenting with new solutions to optimize products, and focusing on KPIs, conversion funnels, and growth initiatives.

A passion for technology and a keen interest in tracking trends and evolving design concepts are essential. You'll collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and developers to make data-driven decisions that enhance our Direct-to-Consumer solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features and build effective solutions across product verticals.
  • Identify new opportunities, define KPIs, and conduct comprehensive product analyses to enhance the consumer experience.
  • Use research, market analysis, and usability studies to influence product requirements and improve player experiences in the Direct-to-Consumer ecosystem.
  • Dive into player profiles to understand user behavior and trends, informing product decisions.
  • Partner with the data team to improve visibility into key performance indicators and integrate central product offerings with game team product managers.
  • Optimize processes and tools for operational efficiency in a dynamic environment, documenting product specifications and workflows for delivery.
  • Build strong partnerships with engineering and product management to refine development and commercial processes, and implement best practices across the product portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other technical field
  • 4+ years of experience in driving and executing growth initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to support the build of successful digital, consumer experiences in a PM role
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects

Bonus Points

  • MBA or MS in Computer Science or similar
  • Prior experience designing and deploying any of the following : e-commerce, enterprise-scale database, data management, data warehousing, big data, business intelligence, and / or machine learning solutions
  • Experience writing SQL queries

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY and WA, the annual salary range is $123,600 - $157,300 plus equity, bonus and benefits including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time-off.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
