Epsilon is seeking a VP of Data Partnerships to report into The Data Partnerships team and focus on strategic partners and commercial strategies of EPC Audiences within client advertiser campaigns to support Epsilon’s growth goals through our various EPC platforms (Discovery, Prospect, Digital CDP etc.

The Data Partnerships team at Epsilon is responsible for establishing partnerships with 3rd party data vendors and strategic platforms that support the EPC platform offerings, creating the proprietary Epsilon data assets that enhance EPC platform capabilities, and working directly with agency and client partners on how to best leverage Epsilon and partner data to achieve their objectives.

The primary stakeholders for this position will include the 80+ media agencies that fall under the umbrella of our parent company, Publicis Groupe, along with Epsilon / Publicis Groupe Executive Leadership, Managing Director of EPC Data Platforms, EPC Product Leads, Epsilon Sales & Account teams, and direct Epsilon clients.

What you’ll do :

  • Management of the commercial relationship between Epsilon and 3-5 Strategic partners (Liveramp, Google, TTD, etc) by working closely with the product activation leadership to align on priorities and product development to support client needs while ensuring commercially beneficial terms that support our growth goals.
  • Lead strategic support regarding the commercial strategies of audience pricing, again working closely with product and pricing teams to ensure the cost / value equation is a win, win for brands, data partners and Epsilon.
  • Serve as a Primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Epsilon’s product and service capabilities as part of a Publicis Groupe client or pitch team to ensure capabilities are clearly articulated, demonstrated and delivered alongside the dedicated client delivery team.
  • Be the SME on those partner services, our joint initiatives, strategic leadership updates / communication and partnership with Epsilon Product teams and Publicis Groupe.
  • Partner with EPC Product, Business and Pricing teams to package data commercial terms that are beneficial to all. Evangelize the differentiated benefits of EPC Audiences, proprietary data assets, and joint partner solutions that support EPC Activation.
  • Evangelize Epsilon Products and Services within Publicis Groupe clients and pitches to help drive clarity and holistic solutions to meet client needs across data, tech and media in a consultative manner.

What you’ll bring :

  • 10+ years professional experience in advertising, digital marketing, media planning, or similar.
  • Led successful strategic partnerships with Tech, Data and Platform partners in challenging times, achieving win, wins on all sides.
  • Excellent communicator and presenter with all stakeholders of varying levels and skilled backgrounds, and proficiency for creating informative and educational content for wide-scale distribution.
  • Knowledge of digital media campaign configuration, activation, optimization and reporting processes.
  • Autonomous decision-making & problem-solving to represent the best interests of Epsilon, clients, Publicis Groupe, and its agencies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-minded; but also creative, flexible, and a strategic thinker.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
