- Serve as the main point-of-contact by establishing, maintaining, and managing subcontractor, and joint venture partner 's expectations (where applicable) relating to project performance.
- Communication with Sub-Contractors on Schedule, Job Performance, Quality, Safety, Material Management along with Supporting and Attending Weekly Sub-Contractor Update Calls
- Report project status and performance data as required to management, project sponsors, and other stakeholders.
- Ongoing List of Local, State & County Permit Contacts and Inspector Relations is encouraged.
- Plan, monitor, and control the project execution throughout its lifecycle (bid, contract award, engineering / design, procurement, construction, and closeout).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Five (+) years of experience in a lead role. Construction management, project management, project controls, or project (field) engineering.
- Five (+) years in telecom.
- REQUIRED Project Functions Including but not limited to 3GIS, SharePoint, and all other MS OFFICE required software to complete project compliance and needs.
Remote but Project is for the Bay Area, CA. They must be able to go onsite and occasionally to the Roseville, CA office.
