As a Nurse Practitioner you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents.

You will make an impact in leading quality and evidence-based care initiatives that will result in achieving optimal patient outcomes.

In this role, you will be working with the 65 and older population at three different sites.

Position : Nurse Practitioner

Shift : Monday-Friday -flexible between the hours of 8-5pm

Experience :

2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in a geriatric setting.

Education :

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures / Certifications :

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc / American Red Cross) required.

Require ACLS certification.

May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
