EHS - Administrative Assistant

About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Surveillance Coordinator to work closely with our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams.

Responsibilities :

• The Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and coordinating the medical surveillance program, managing medical documentation, scheduling appointments, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Review and maintain all medical documentation obtained from the occupational health clinic and other sources.
• Assist with scheduling appointments for evaluations, testing, and meetings.
• Conduct EHS laboratory inspections and identify non-compliance issues.
• Coordinate COVID-19 location and contact tracing efforts, communicate findings, and ensure PPE supplies meet protocol.

Education Qualification :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical environment.
• Working knowledge of Cal / OSHA regulations preferred

Requirement :

• At least 3 years working with GXP environment or Research & Development environment is preferred.
• At least 3 years working independently in an occupational health clinic is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Cal / OSHA regulations, specifically COVID-19 Prevention Non Emergency Regulation is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Pay range : $40 / hr. - $42 / hr
