When you join our team you will care for clients in a set locationin Santa Barbara and surrounding cities.
You are going to beoffered a great schedule which has a proper mix of differentshifts. We will also need you to work weekends at least 1 weekendper month.
We will schedule in such a way that we will try to offeryou a consistent number of hours and we are looking for experienceand consistency from you.
We care about youbecause you make our elderly clients happy and allow them to livesafely in their home.
Whatwould you be doing
You would be helping the client(s) with their"ADLs" (bathing dressing and grooming toiletingambulation feeding etc.) We will TRAIN you if theres anything youdont know how to do! We do need a standard of requirements andexperience from you seen here below in therequirements.
Requirements
- Undergo abackground check as required by the Home Care Aide Registration ofCalifornia
- You must have a drivers license and a car (to be ableto drive to and from your client)
- Be compassionate andrespectful to seniors and people that need your help
- Be reliable
- Never be willing toghost anyone and show respect for others
- Be on time for your shift!Always!
