Compensation : $35-40 / hr. USD
Work Hours : Monday - Friday - 8-5pm
Location : Portland- In office - may have hybrid flexibility
LHH is partnering with a well-known company in the Portland, Oregon area that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of payroll experience and be proficient with ADP software. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work with a rapidly growing company.

In this role, you will :
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Collect and verify employee timekeeping information and enter data into the payroll system
Prepare and submit payroll taxes and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution
To be a fit, you must have :
3+ years of payroll experience
Experience working with ADP Software
Strong communication
Ability to multitask
Pay Details : $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
