• Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service
• Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre- and post-trip safety report, 7day / 60-hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards
• Operates tractor trailer or flatbed truck to deliver / pick up cargo
• Loads, secures, and unloads cargo
• Tarps cargo in inclement weather
• Responsible for vehicle maintenance and presentation
• Maintain professional appearance : wearing assigned uniform
• Other duties as assigned by your manager

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.; 8-10 times per day on average, not limited to. Actual amount will depend on the number of stops for that day.
• Must have the ability to sit for long periods of time, and climb as necessary
• Must be able to apply force to tension / strap bar to secure load, at each stop.
• Must be able to ascend / descend in a tractor-trailer cab and flatbed trailer, at each stop.
• Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Be personable, articulate, and knowledgeable
• Ability to learn skills quickly with a mature and service-oriented attitude.
• Must have a high level of comprehension of the English language.
• Be process oriented and able to take direction.
• Attention to detail and highly motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• 2+ years verifiable tractor / trailer experience preferred
• Have a valid CDL Class A driver's license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and analytical skills
