Job Summary :
The Senior Director of Value-Based Care Clinical Operations at USRC leads and supports kidney-focused value-based care initiatives.
This role involves establishing and implementing programs, developing an interdisciplinary clinical operations team, and driving data-driven performance improvement.
Key responsibilities include managing a team of healthcare professionals, collaborating with the product team to optimize workflows, and identifying innovation opportunities.
The director will also oversee team performance, hire, and train staff, and ensure effective onboarding for new health plans.
Promoting customer service standards, maintaining effective relationships, and ensuring regular attendance are also essential duties.

Must Haves :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of relevant healthcare experience; healthcare consulting or operations management background
- Clinical Background
- Experience working in the healthcare reform / value-based payment space
- Experience successfully designing, implementing, and managing large projects, including change management initiatives within healthcare provider organizations
- Must reside on the West Coast
Plusses :
- Clinical Licensing (Highly preferred; RN or NP)
- Strong knowledge or experience with Chronic Stage Kidney Disease / End Stage Kidney Disease
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
