Peninsulabased real estate client is seeking a diirecthire fully onsite Commercial Property Manager to provide istance with the management of their industrial commercial portfolio.
This is a fully onsite position with a salary budget of up to $145000 / year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage the daytoday and leasing operations of the properties in the igned portfolio
- Generate estimates and accurately perform CAM reconciliations
- Accurately prepare monthly reports including status and variance reports
- Perform weekly property walks
- Manage tenant relations and address any inquiries
- Prepare and manage tenant events as igned
- Prepare the annual draft budgets for the properties in the igned portfolio
- Other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5 years of experience in commercial property management
- Experience working with industrial properties highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ss
- Excellent oral and written communication ss
- Experience using Yardi highly preferred
