Patient Scheduling Representative - Family Medicine
Work Schedule : 100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
Hours may vary based on the needs of the clinic. Pay : Pay starts at $18.40 per hour, work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay.

- Schedule appointments via phone, in-person or electronic correspondence.
- Take incoming phone calls from patients and their families to assist them with their appointment scheduling needs.
- Make outgoing phone calls to patients to schedule their appointments.
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure that patients receive appropriate care in a timely manner. Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent Required
- Associate's Degree Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or other related field Preferred Work Experience
- 6 months previous experience in an office or customer service environment Required
- Previous experience working in healthcare Preferred
- Previous experience scheduling of patients Preferred
