Nexeo HR is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in supporting critical data center operations in Reno, NV & Sparks, NV area.

This role is pivotal in managing material flow, ensuring accurate inventory control, and providing top-notch customer service in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Material Handling & Freight Management : Load and unload inbound and outbound freight from vehicles and containers, ensuring material integrity and accurate part numbers.
• Material Handling & Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) : Process return shipments of electronic components utilizing multiple warehouse management systems.
• Inventory Control : Execute daily inventory cycle counts and manage replenishment orders for critical spare parts on-site at the data center.
• Cycle Count Management : Keep accurate records of daily and monthly cycle counts using spreadsheets and inventory management software.
• Order Processing : Manage orders for packaging supplies, maintain stock levels, and ensure materials are readily available for operations.
• Ticket Resolution : Handle and resolve service tickets related to customer special requests, including international shipments and material movements.
• Customer Service : Regularly interact with customers and stakeholders on-site, maintaining positive working relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Safety & Cleanliness : Perform cleanup activities to ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
• Documentation & Data Entry : Accurately document tasks and updates in warehouse management systems as well as create and manage Bills of Lading (BOL) and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a warehouse, shipping & logistics, distribution center, or material handling role experience within a data center is a plus.
• Equipment Handling : Experience operating material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices for assembly and installation tasks.

Experience with computers and warehouse management systems is required.

• Customer Service : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Physical Capability : Ability to push, pull, lift, and handle items weighing up to 100 lbs. frequently throughout the workday.
• Adaptability : Eagerness to learn new tasks, cross-train, and support other departments as needed.
• Reliable Transportation : MUST have reliable transportation to the data center in Reno, NV & Sparks, NV area (Worksite is near USA Pkwy in Sparks, NV).

$23.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Day Shift Monday Friday 6 : 30am 3 : 00pm
