Tarvos Talent is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join a stable and growing organization.
This role presents a unique opportunity to spearhead the development and enhancement of our innovative software products, while providing mentorship to a dynamic and talented team.
The Lead Developer will be responsible for :
- Overseeing the entire development process, from initial concept to final implementation
- This includes designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications, as well as managing project timelines and deliverables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence within the team
The ideal candidate for this position should possess :
- 7+ years of professional experience in designing React applications, coupled with at least 3 years of experience in developing Ruby applications
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices is essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions
- The ability to mentor and inspire a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive innovation is also highly valued
