Responsibilities of an RN Registered Nurse :

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Complete Care at Park Place Center , you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of essential tasks, including but not limited to :

• Assessing and monitoring residents' health and well-being.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Developing and implementing care plans for individual residents.
• Coordinating and supervising the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other staff.
• Documenting residents' medical histories, care plans, and progress.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing immediate care.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Ensuring infection control protocols are followed.
• Managing and operating medical equipment.
• Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Advocating for residents' rights and dignity.

Qualifications of an RN Registered Nurse :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• RN certification in NJ
• Strong communication skills
• Serious applicants dedicated to providing exceptional care
