Certification Details
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification must be from AHA or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY
- NRP certification required for applicable staff
- CHEMO certification may be required for certain positions
- EFM and NIH Stroke Certification required for specific roles
- CPI may be required depending on candidate's role and department
- Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam required for some roles
- Competency exams to be completed on a unit-by-unit basis
- IV Certification required for certain LVN / LPN / Other roles
