About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist (Licensed)Job Specialty : Staff AugmentationJob Duration : 26 WeeksShift : Day, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Flexible schedule, 1-2 days per week, approximately 10 hours per week)Guaranteed Hours : Not specifiedExperience : Minimum years of experience not specifiedLicense : RequiredCertifications : Not specifiedMust-Have : Physical Therapy LicenseJob Description : - Evaluate clients by administering tests and measurements, such as range of motion, gait, and functional analysis, as well as neurological assessments to determine individual rehabilitation program needs.
- Provide or oversee ongoing assessment of clients' rehabilitation progress.- Prepare, transmit, and maintain measurement and assessment records.
- Report tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested.- Participate in writing and presenting individual client treatment plans, including goal formulation and planning appropriate physical therapy treatment.
- Plan periodic reassessment of clients' progress and revise plans as necessary.
