Job description Libra Solutions is seeking a talented and ambitious person to work as a FP&A Associate, reporting directly to the Director of Finance and will also have frequent interaction with the company’s CFO and executive management team.

The FP&A Associate position offers great experience and exposure to all aspects of growing a private equity backed company (Parthenon and Waterfall are the two sponsors).

This position will gain a deep understanding of a complex capital markets structure and help guide the company’s liquidity positioning.

This position will be based out of our Las Vegas or Rosemont, IL market with candidates working on a hybrid basis (2 days / week in the office).

Qualified West-coast based candidates in California, Arizona and Utah may also be considered with periodic travel for training and some meetings.

Position Responsibilities Deliver financial analysis to executive leadership teams to drive strategic direction of the company Develop metrics to track team-specific and company-wide trends, identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and collaborate across all levels.

Build clear, accurate and reliable predictive forecast modeling for multiple functional areas Manage annual planning and budgeting process Company-wide (3 businesses currently in the portfolio) Build strong financial models for the business, utilizing understanding of financial reporting and cash flow information Review historical data, predict future results, analyze, and explain budget variances Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and lead strategic business decisions Review operations for cost-savings opportunities and work cross-functionally to incorporate these initiatives Identify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights about important departmental metrics to improve business decisions Coordinate, prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual rolling forecasts and prepare reporting on actuals vs.

budgeted results, including additional ad-hoc analysis on results Establish budget and operating benchmarks, to assist in preparation of monthly / annual forecasts Perform quantitative analysis required including M&A projects Assists with corporate development initiatives Develop Monthly and Quarterly Board presentations Required Skills and Experience 1- 3 years of financial modeling experience : Investment Banking, Private Equity, Valuation, Corporate Strategy or FP&A experience highly desirable Bachelor’s Degree required (Math, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting preferred) Must be able to work on a hybrid basis with 2 in-office days weekly.
