Compensation : Earn between $20.16 - $27.54 per hour, depending on your experience.

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for :

• Conducting inspections and troubleshooting various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Maintaining the mechanical and operational functions of the building
• Assisting with event setups and collaborating with other technicians
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and employees

Requirements :

Your Skills and Experience :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or large building operations
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• HVAC troubleshooting expertise
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure
• Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment
• Willingness to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Comfortable working at heights, in outdoor conditions, and around moderate noise levels
