Project Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to be part of a well-respected team of well-known area professionals in an office that is one of the firm's premier locations.
This person will provide high-quality environmental investigation and remediation services to commercial, municipal, and industrial clients throughout the New England Region and opportunities to work in other regions of the country.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing and reviewing investigation and remediation projects under State and Federal programs and helping project staff grow as technical professionals.
What You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran :
In this role, you will use established relationships with clients and regulatory agencies to procure and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
You will lead and execute investigation and remediation efforts associated with site cleanup, design projects, and other corrective-action-based projects.
In addition, you will be responsible for client management, interaction with regulators, coordinating the work of engineers and scientists, coaching and mentoring junior staff, and developing and monitoring project performance.

What You Will Need To Succeed :
- 10 to 20+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
- Professional licenses (PE, PG, LEP) in Connecticut and other states are desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of CTDEEP Remediation Standard Regulations and other CT State regulatory programs. Knowledge of different State and Federal programs is desirable.
- Solid technical expertise in site development, implementation of field investigations, analysis, documentation, and reporting of various environmental projects, developing remedial action plans and designs, and construction and implementation of remedial alternatives.
- Strong appreciation of and commitment to safe work practices
- Strong written and verbal skills.
$125,000 - $150,000 a year
This position's anticipated pay range is provided below; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working.
Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
