Overview :

As a Jeremiah’s Italian Ice server, you will play a key role in delivering 5-star customer service. Your daily responsibilities will be taking orders, making orders, preparing Italian Ice, stocking / organizing and cleaning .

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest
• Assist with anything the manager needs
• Cash handling
• Fulfill catering orders and working offsite events with manager or shift lead
• Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

Experience and Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 years of experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience

Skills :

• Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong representation of the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction

Work Schedule :

• Shifts : 4-6-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts
• Availability : Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
