- Collaborate with the Product Management team to understand technology stakeholder needs.
- Lead grooming sessions and collaborate with the agile development team to comprehend necessary business outcomes.
- Own and create User Stories, ensuring alignment with final product approval.
- Translate business requirements into consumable requirements for the agile development team.

The Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of experience in an IT Product Ownership or Project Management role supporting application development.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, application requirements, and process flow diagrams within specified timelines.
- Experience planning, designing, and implementing efficient IT systems in Agile methodology contexts.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and foster consensus across multiple user groups.
