SNELLING, on behalf of our client in the Quitman area, is seeking candidates for two current openings. These positions require a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to provide front-office support for a small but busy office. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This Administrative Assistant position may be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. If hired by the client on a full-time basis, a benefits package is available.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant :

• Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to the public
• Accept and process payments for services provided
• Perform general office support, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and assist with basic clerical needs
• Support team members with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
