California Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies

Independently manage court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys while maintaining client communications

Required Qualifications

JD from an ABA approved school

Active bar license in the State of California

8+ years of litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation

Experience in managing full case responsibilities and insurance defense matters preferred

Proficiency in MS Suite and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
