The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities & seeding revenue creation.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for consultative sales, technology & is excited to help create safe & frictionless experiences for individuals & businesses.
What you'll do :
- Generate qualified opportunities via inbound & outbound channels
- Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects
- Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer & how CLEAR can be a solution
- Schedule exploratory meetings for Sales & Business Development Executives
- Exceed opportunity generation & pipeline revenue targets
How you'll measure success :
- Exceeding opportunity generation targets
- Exceeding pipeline revenue generation targets
- Maximizing revenue booked from meetings generated
- Successfully becoming a product expert on CLEARs suite of identity solutions
What you're great at :
- Excellent phone, writing, & listening skills
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, & excel in their role
- Work collaboratively with multiple groups in a variety of settings & be able to listen, articulate positions, & advocate
- Experience leveraging sales engagement tools (i.e. Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) for prospecting
- Ability to utilize Salesforce to track all activities & make data-driven decisions

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
